Outdoor Activities

Excursions on the River Ganges, which is about 500 mt away from the resort can be arranged on a boat on prior booking and incurs a fee.
Bonfires can also be arranged during winters, also chargeable.
One can also drive down to Diamond Harbor
Then there is always a ride on an open van cycle, gives you the best feel of the place
Quench your thirst with some coconut water, enjoy the cool breeze coming over the Ganges.
Rest your eyes admiring nature and its greenery.

Best Time to Visit

All year round, but best would be October to January.
Summers can get hot, but the resort has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the sitting area, so a good family gathering, playing your favorite indoor games, can be the much-needed break.

Raichak is 53 KM – 60 KM from the city of joy, Kolkata.

Time to reach: 1hr 43 min approx.

By Bus – Kolkata to Raichak bus to Haldia and then one can hire a taxi or auto rickshaw to travel the distance of 15 km to reach Raichak, in half an hour.

By Train – Nearest station Howrah, 55- 60 km from Raichak.

By Road – The best option is to travel by car, this way one has the freedom to move around within Raichak.
Via bankura, beliator, sonamukhi, khandaghosh, nischintapur road/Diamond harbor road.

By Air – Nearest airport Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose airport 59 km from Raichak.
