Inclusion of caravan trip

A rooftop tent for you to stay anywhere you wish

A driver at your service to drive, help and guide. (You may also drive the campers of your own as per your choice)

For the caravan, a kitchen, quilts to sleep and a toilet (which should be considered as an emergency purpose use)

Exclusion of caravan trip

Overnight halting-place charge. This place is a great place to camp with food, toilet, charging and other refreshing facilities. The charges may vary from INR250 – INR500 per person per halt

Optional Addons

Pick up and drop at the Guwahatiairportstandard charges of INR 850/- will be applicable. (ONE WAY)

For smaller vehicles, a camper kit having sleeping bag, stove with gas, a kettle and saucepan with a charge of nearly INR 2000

If required we can arrange chair table and other amenities with extra charge.

Type of Vehicles

Thar and Xenon which accommodate minimum 2 maximum 4 (excluding driver)

The caravan which can accommodate till 6 people (excluding driver)

Pocket Pinch

2 person charge on Xenon or Thar INR 5500 per day + 5% GST

3 person charge on Xenon or Thar INR 5900 per day + 5% GST

4 person charge on Xenon or Thar INR 6300 per day + 5% GST

5-6 person charge on Caravan INR 10510 per day for + 5% GST

**Children aged 5 or more will be charged fully.

FAQs

Where will you stay at night?
The vehicle can be parked overnight at great campsites which are near hotel premises with a great view

Where will you use a toilet?
On-road every petrol pump has proper toilets where you can use them. At night the vehicle will stop at hotel premise where you can use the washroom for refreshment.

Where will you eat?
On roadside restaurants at daytime. At night you can order the campsite beforehand whatever you wish to have. We will share the telephone numbers before your travel.

Can you cook your own food?
Yes. But if you are in a Xenon or Thar you must add the campers kit with your package and carry the raw materials. Its best to cook fast food like maggi, frozen fish or chicken, etc.

Where will the driver stay?
He will stay in a separate tent.

Is driver food included?
Yes

Can I drive of my own?
Yes. But not the caravan.

How do I know where to go?
You can go where you wish. If you want we will provide you the campsite locations which you can use wiith the help of the google map to find out the places

How many days to plan for Arunachal and Nagaland?
Arunachal and Nagaland should be of minimum 6-8 nights
