Sita Kunda- Sita Kunda is located in Bagandi village under Ajodhya Gram Panchyat at Baghmundi Block of Purulia district of West Bengal. Ajodhya: 42km away from Purulia via Sirkabad, Ajodhya is a well-known day-tripper destination. It is a timbered mountain with table land on top. Many tiny streams make their way through the undulation of the hill to meet Subarnarekha on the west and Kangsabati and Kumari from the northern slope. There are luminous freshwater streams and springs here, so you know where to pitch your tents when you get there! Rail: The close by rail-station is Barabhum and Purulia Jn. From Ajodhya eco-adventure camp Barabhum is located within 22 KM which takes about 30 minutes to cover by road.

Air: The nearest airport is Ranchi 110 km from the camp & takes nearly about 2 hours 30 minutes to reach the place.

Road: From Kolkata, the adventure camp is just about 280 km away and it takes around 6-7 hours to reach via the Panagarh-Durgapur-Asansol highway or Arambag-Bankura-Hura Road.

The best time to visit

You can visit this place any time of the year. The finest time is the spring and winter for the flower blossom. The place is sure to spellbind you with the diverse landscape of hills, thick forests, soothing waterfalls, and colorful flowers.
