Our property here is a one BHK (530 sqft.) apartment on the third floor with all the modern amenities, that will make your holiday weekend more relaxing. If you are in search of a home to spend your weekend with family or friends this apartment is ideal for you. Its also good for a staycation to take break from your known monotonous routine and environment of home. You can very well work from here as there is strong jio-wifi connection. You will get enough fresh air of 1km of 180 degree open area. Visit the temples in the afternoon.

You can spend your day just sitting by the window staring at the river. You’ll get the true essence of river life here. At dawn, the magnificent sunrise on the Hooghly river will take your breath away. Dakshineswar temple is visible from the balcony. The busy Bally bridges will keep dragging your concentration. The boats garraged just below the balcony will give you a real idea of tide and fishermen’s life. The fishermen will keep travelling infront of you they can even listen to your calls. Sometimes you will find passanger steamers and various other water vehicles. River here is really busy. Overall, if you come here for a stay, you will have a wonderful and refreshing time.

Local Experience:

You can start your day by watching the beautiful sunrise on the vast Hooghly river. During the day, you can explore the locality and the fishermen’s colony to get a taste of the local lifestyle. You can spend your evening just by staring at the river, and the Vivekananda Setu. The crossing ships and boats on the river give a romantic old-city vibe. In the evening you can take a boat ride and relax. At night you can have a party with your friends as the decked-up Vivekananda Setu and the stars in the sky create a perfect ambiance for you.

Visit the Nimtala Ghat and the Panchanan temple in the evening. You can also take a ride on a boat in the river which can be arranged with prior notice (a day before hand. with extra charge) provided the weather is favourable.

Nearby Attractions:

  • Belur Math – Belue Math is a must-visit place if you are spending your weekend in Howrah. The calm and divine ambiance of the Belur math will give you peace and tranquillity of mind. The beautiful architecture of the Math is also worth a visit.
  • Dakshineswar Temple:Visit and give puja in the morning in Kali temple of Dakshineswar. If required we can arrange car for your temple visits at extra charge of INR 500 which will cover both Dakshineswar and Belur Math visit.

  • Andul Rajbari – Andul Rajbari is a historical heritage sight. It was established by Raja Rajnarayan RayBahadur in 1834. The ancient rajbari will take you on a memory ride to the past days of glorifying royalty.
  • Botanical Garden – If you are a nature lover, the Shibpur botanical garden is the must-visit place for you. The various species of plants will boost your nature-loving soul and wipe away your tiredness.
  • Regional Rail Museum – Another historical place to visit here is Regional Rail Museum. It was founded in 2006 to showcase the history and heritage of railways in eastern India, with a special emphasis on the Howrah railway station.

How to Reach:

Rail: The nearest rail station is Bally Ghat Station. From there, our property is 1 km away and takes around 10 min. to reach by car.

Air: If you go by flight, you must reach Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. From there, our property is only 13 km away. It takes a car 45 min. to get to the place.

Road: The property is approximately 14 km away From Kolkata. It takes around 1 hour to reach your destination.

Best Time to Visit:

You can visit here at any time of year. This place is charming in every season. In the summer, you’ll enjoy lazy afternoon walks along the riverbank. In the winter, you can spend hours sitting on the lawn in the sun. The monsoon season is one of the best times to come here. The river is in full flow, and the lush greenery all around welcomes you to this property.

Pocket Pinch:

Per day INR 4500 for the entire apartment. Its best suited for a family of 3-4 or a couple. For more than 4 person INR 800 is needed.

*Please Note : The apartment is at 3rd floor which offers excellent view but don’t have lift so heart patients or elderly people at not suggested here.
