  1. Visited 8-10th August 2021
The ambiance in this resort is very good, but it is very poorly managed.

First I should say that Lunch time is too late which starts not before 1.45 p.m. and food quality is too bad. One particular vegetable (alu with patal) is being served on daily basis with others and quality is not up to the mark. As example, we took “Dhoka” which was totally in broken condition, may be 2 days old, having no taste.
Morning breakfast indicated inside the Room (back side of door) – 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. but actually it starts after 8 a.m. They kept juices which does not have good taste and very poor quality. The person making Omelette do not know how to cook and making the same without onion or any masala having no taste. Also shape and quality of Luchi being served in breakfast with other items are also having very bad taste.
Pets are allowed in few rooms but the guests are carrying them into the food place and the pets are shuddering their body in the food area which is very much unhealthy for all of us. There should be some restrictions that pets are not allowed in the food area.
Above all our overall experience is not good and not at all encouraging to insist others to visit this place time and again, which we can say in favour of Itachuna (Khannyan) & other places in West Bengal with plenty of good qualities.
