Dawaipani is such a place that will check all the boxes. Dawaipani Homestay is a place where you can put down your stress and tiredness, and be finally free. The resort is extremely comfortable. Situated in the lap of lush green nature, the resort has beautifully decorated cozy rooms, filled with love and warmth and wide balconies from where you can experience the majestic nature.

Accommodation at Dawaipani Homestay

All of our rooms have attached bathrooms with top-notch amenities including running hot water and room heater. We also have a fully-equipped modern kitchen which can be used by our guests.

The views are exceptional. The rooms have huge glass windows from where you can enjoy exquisite sunrises and sunsets featuring The Majestic Kanchenjunga Mountains. At night, the nearby town gleams with lights, twinkling like a diamond necklace from our resort. We have a traditional kitchen with efficient cooks who can serve you hearty meals according to your taste. We also want our guests to taste the richness of our Gorkha Culture through delicious Gorkha Cuisine.

We have one single occupancy room, one double occupancy room, and two 4-bedroom rooms at our resort.

Lamahatta Eco-park

The amazing Lamahatta Eco-park is only 7km from our resort. The park features an amazing panoramic view of the mountain range along with beautiful pine forests and even a watch tower. A simple 15-minute car ride can take you to this beautiful place.

Lover’s meet viewpoint

Two lovers, Rangeet and Teesta finally meet here after searching for each other for a long time. Yes, this is the place where Teesta River and Rangeet River meet – amid lush greenery and rich nature. A beautiful and romantic place to visit, it is only 16 km from our resort.

Kitam Bird Sanctuary

If you are a bird lover, this bird sanctuary is one of the best bird-watching destinations you can visit. Peacocks are extremely common here. The distance between Kitam and our resort is roughly 41km.

Apart from these must-visit ones, there are many other tourist attractions nearby, such as Tinchuley, Senchal Lake, Peshok Tea Gardens, etc. Kalimpong and Darjeeling are also close to Dawaipani.

How to reach Dawaipani

By rail: The nearest railway station is NJP station which is approximately 77km from our resort through the NH10. It takes around 3 hours by car to reach our resort from NJP.

By road: Siliguri town is 71 km away from our resort. Darjeeling is only 21km away, and Kalimpong is only an hour away by road.

By air: The nearest airport is Bagdogra International Airport which is 77km away.

Pricing of Dawaipani Homestay

INR 1,550 + GST per day per head (including breakfast lunch & dinner) off-season rate

INR 1,750 + GST per day per head (including breakfast lunch & Dinner)

Kids below 6 years are absolutely on us. For kids between 7 and 12 years, you only need to pay 50% of the usual tariff.
