Yuksom Homestay

A West Sikkim homestay with fresh air to breath and fresh food to eat

Yuksom Homestay, a traditional Sikkimese home in West Sikkim with clean, cozy, complete pollution free accommodation very close to nature with organic food served

For your upcoming vacation, pack not for a destination commercially rich but culturally rich. The ancient Capital of Sikkim, Yuksom is a small hamlet, far from the madding crowd in the western part of Sikkim, ever-ready to welcome you with its bountiful natural treasures, with clouds playing hide and seek through your windows. Interestingly, Yuksom means “the meeting place of 3 Lamas”, serves also as a base camp for the very famous Dzongri and Goechela trek. The property promises every bit of Sikkimese hospitality with guidance in abundance about the locally hidden gems, noticeably scarce in hotels of luxury. If living like a local, eating like a local, sleeping like a local and exploring like a local were ever in your bucket list, and then this is your place to be.
